We are looking for investors who are able to provide financial investment at least between $50k to $100k to invest in a legitimate business operation. It is for a franchise of a household name in the F&B industry. We run the business and you will be part owner of the franchise. More details will be shared with genuine potential investors.

Business Model
Legitimate business in the F&B business. We are looking at a popular household franchise brand. The business will be run as per normal business with calculated risk-ratio analysis taken into account. To allay potential questions and to instill confidence, the management team running it will also investing into the business just like any other partners.

The Team
You will be working with a team of personnel who has business track record and with extensive marketing background track record in both digital and traditional media.The volume we have handled and are currently handling is between SGD $1 mil to $2 mil annually on average.There will be a dedicated managing principal to oversee the daily operations.

What we are not
We are not using your money to invest in stocks, products, etc. This is a tangible business with decent returns.This is NOT a get rich quick scheme. Like all other business, when run properly, the returns will be decent in the mid to long term picture. Do NOT expect unrealistic goals like expecting your money to be doubled within 1 year

What should you be expecting
This business is mid-term to long-term investment. For example on a $80k investment for a 25% stake - you may be looking at a return of about $30k ++ to $60k ++ profit after 5 years. This is NOT an instant get rich business. If you are looking for one, we are not the right one for you. We cannot promise the sky but we are very confident of ensuring a well-oiled and run management of the business. There will be full-time managing principal of the business venture ensured.

As compared to a ultra-safe investment like FD or saving nest - those are essential.
Our target personnel are investors who have the excess/spare resources to grow their ROI like as per normal business returns for long-term gains. (e.g. 10% to 20% year on year growth on capital amt)
Monthly and Quarterly reports on progress of the business will be provided to all investors.
We are open to silent investor or those who are willing to have a hands-on approach.

Our long-term goal
Although your investment is into 1 unit (we will start with 1 unit) with a few like-minded investors including us, we will be expanding, opening and managing more units (or other brands) over the next 3-5 years. We have inroads in South East Asia as well as China. However, we would like to establish a foothold in the local market first.
