Location: Bukit Timah plaza Cuisine: Korean food right now. But you can change. Existing: 2 aunties partime server and 1 dish washer. Staff: You may hire your own if you prefer Cook: No main cook. Takeover: whole store plus equipment. Asking for $22k. (22k includes the deposit) Total monthly: $5400
Alternative, you may take over the rental tenancy only, and choose to sell other cuisine of your choice. Exiting contract till next year October 2021.
