Total renovation and equipments expenditure for the business is upwards of $110,000, which will all be given to you in this deal.
This takeover is suitable for newcomers to F&B, and also seasoned F&B operator who wishes to expand their lines of offering.
If training is necessary, it will be provided.
Location is in central area.
