Former Unilever/Grab team looking for investors for global eCommerce launch

Highly skilled and experienced team (former Unilever Global eCommerce Lead, Microsoft APAC Data Analytics Lead, Grab Product R&D lead).

Having experienced and executed global product marketing and sales with 7-figure monthly advertising spend (in USD), the team has been working on an eCommerce business model that can potentially scale to a 7-figure business in 12 months BUT with only a fraction of the investment needed by the global brands.

HOW DID WE SOLVE THIS? We do it with the use of AI and a funnel sales methodology. The AI will find people globally who are keen buyers based on their online behaviour and spending patterns. We are not limited to selling only in Singapore. We can explain more F2F or via zoom call but only to interested parties who have funds ready to deploy.

TIMELINE

Current progress
We have the entire plan mapped out, the team in place, access to global data of trending products, and we have identified some potential winners that can scale to 7 figures in 12 months. Negotiations with suppliers (who can ship worldwide) in still progress.

Month 2 (after receiving the funds)
Run global experiments to determine winning trending products (we have a scientific methodology to ensure we identify products with a return on advertising spend of X or more, a conversion of X or more, a CPM of X or more). Setup the social media pages ( we have taken social media pages to 1.5M reach in a single month with minimal spend due to our deep understanding on the social media algorithms).

Month 3 to 4 - Intermittently scale advertising on winning ads and products; kill ads and products which don't have scalable metrics. Scale supply chain, re-negotiate with suppliers, enhance product quality, white-label the product and improve shipping efficiency.

Month 4 - Use the buyer data from the AI to identify similar people globally (this is where we can start setting up ad buys to scale the product globally and sell 24x7 with automations running behind the scenes; a small 24x7 support team in PH and automated re-targeting, re-marketing, upselling and cart recovery)

Month 5 --- END GAME --- SCALE GLOBALLY
